Presentation Guidelines

When submitting, you must indicate your preference for Oral Communication, Poster or Symposium, although the Organizing Committee may make a final decision based on the opinions of the Scientific Committee.

Once you have received the email confirming acceptance of your abstract, you should check your personal area on the website to determine the final presentation type.

For all types of presentation, a certificate will be provided with the names of all the authors.

Participation in the seminar and presentation of works implies that at least one author of the work has a valid registration.
For works with more than 3 authors, at least 2 must be registered.
For the purposes of scheduling the presentations, the deadline for authors registration is 28 July.
