Online Participation

Access to Online Sessions

The seminar will take place in person with the possibility of participating online (live).

Some sessions will be broadcast in real time - check the program to see which sessions will be broadcast online.

Online access is via the conference website, in each user's personal area, using the email and password created for registration.

Participation requires full and valid registration.

To participate online, select the LOGIN button in the top right-hand corner of the conference website.

Click on “Sessions” on the left-hand side of your personal area. On the days of the conference you will see a list of the sessions taking place. Simply choose the session and press the “ENTER” button.

Audio, video and presentation sharing tests

To ensure that your presentation runs smoothly, we suggest that you test the audio, video and file sharing beforehand.

To take this test, select the LOGIN button in the top right-hand corner of the congress website.

Click on “Sessions” on the left-hand side of your personal area.

Enter the “Test Session (Audio, Video and File Sharing)” session.

The test session will be open all week.

The technical team will be present at the following times:

- October 10th from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm;

- October 11th from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm;

Please note that the times refer to the time zone of mainland Portugal.

To ensure that your presentation runs smoothly, please note the following requirements:

- Stable internet access;

- Microphone and camera;

- We recommend the use of headphones with a microphone (not compulsory);

- Use of Google Chrome or FireFox;
